The Marian Valley, established in 1995, is situated in Queensland, Australia. Scattered throughout the valley are chapels, temples, and statues of the Blessed Virgin Mary from various cultures and ethnicities worldwide.
Vietnamese Catholics hold a deep fondness for the Blessed Mother, regarding her as a beloved mother figure. In times of hardship, they often come to her, seeking refuge, aid, and solace in her embrace.
Our proposed design solution is a sanctuary nestled under the canopy of trees in the Marian Valley. Here, the image of Our Lady of La Vang from Vietnam appears, inviting people to come, pray, and find comfort and support from her.
