Situated along the Saigon River, Thao Dien House project embraces a prime location. However, the river-facing directions are West and Northwest, which receive the most uncomfortable sunlight. Therefore, the house requires a sun-shielding solution while still maintaining the view of the river and the sky ahead.
The building occupies half of the land area, while the other half is a spacious garden area extending to the riverbank. The communal living spaces are positioned to the garden side, providing panoramic views of the river. Other functional areas that require privacy are compactly integrated into the remaining part of the house.
The upper floors consist of bedrooms. River and thoroughfare-facing facades of the property are equipped with wooden louvers, allowing for adjustable flexibility according to weather conditions and preferences, ensuring privacy while still maintaining views of the Saigon River.
